Bu gizlilik politikası, UrEy (geliştirici) tarafından Google Play'de ve Meta Horizon Store'da (Meta Quest) yayınlanan Blastverse: Block Nova oyununu ("Uygulama") kapsar.

Toplanan veriler: Uygulamada hesap açma, giriş yapma veya kişisel bilgi girme yoktur. Geliştirici sizden ad, e-posta gibi kişisel bilgiler toplamaz.

Cihazda saklanan veriler: Oyun ilerlemen (skorlar, açılan bölümler, madalyalar ve ayarlar) cihazında saklanır. Uygulamayı kaldırdığında bu veriler de silinir (Google Play Games ile giriş yaptıysan aşağıda anlatılan bulut kaydı hariç).

Oyun kullanım istatistikleri: Oyunu geliştirmek, zorluğu ve reklam sıklığını dengelemek ve hataları bulmak için uygulama, oyun içi kullanım bilgilerini sunucumuza (Google Firebase, Avrupa Birliği) gönderir: oynanan oyunlar (mod, skor, hamle sayısı, süre, sonuç), "devam et" teklifleri ve reklam gösterimleri (AdMob'un tahmini reklam geliri dahil), kullanılan menüler, uygulama sürümü, güncelleme adımları, uygulama hataları, cihaz modeli, dil ve telefonun bölge ayarındaki ülke. Bu bilgiler, kuruluma özel rastgele bir kimlikle bağlanır; adın, e-postan, reklam kimliğin veya konumun bu kayıtlara eklenmez ve kayıtlar satılmaz ya da paylaşılmaz. Ham kayıtlar 90 gün sonra silinir; yalnızca günlük toplamlar (ör. gün içinde oynanan oyun sayısı) daha uzun tutulur.

Reklamlar: Uygulama, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir (alt kısımda banner, isteğe bağlı ödüllü "devam et" reklamı ve aralıklı tam ekran reklamlar). AdMob; reklam kimliği (Advertising ID), IP adresinden tahmini konum, cihaz bilgileri, reklam etkileşimleri ve hata/performans verileri gibi bilgileri reklam gösterme, reklam ölçümü, analiz ve dolandırıcılığı önleme amacıyla toplayabilir ve işleyebilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılardan kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar için izin istenir; tercihlerini Ayarlar > Gizlilik seçenekleri'nden istediğin zaman değiştirebilirsin. Çocuklar: Uygulama 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır. 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplanmaz.

Google Play Games ile giriş ve sıralamalar (isteğe bağlı): Giriş yapmak zorunlu değildir. Giriş yaparsan Google Play Games oyuncu kimliğin ve oyuncu adın, ülken (telefonun bölge ayarından), seçersen ilin, en iyi skorların, macera yıldız sayın, oynadığın cihazın modeli ve uygulama sürümü, oyun ilerlemenin yedeği (bulut kaydı) ve skorunu doğrulamak için oyundaki hamlelerin sunucumuzda (Google Firebase, Avrupa Birliği) saklanır. Bu bilgiler yalnızca sıralamaları göstermek ve hileyi önlemek için kullanılır; oyuncu adın, ülken, ilin ve skorun sıralamalarda diğer oyunculara görünür. Hesabını ve tüm bu verileri oyunda Ayarlar > Hesabımı sil ile ya da bu sayfadaki yöntemle istediğin zaman silebilirsin.

Meta Quest sürümü: Meta Quest sürümünde reklam yoktur ve Google Play Games kullanılmaz. Uygulama, satın alımını doğrulamak için Meta Platform SDK üzerinden Meta'ya bir hak (entitlement) kontrolü yapar; bu kontrolde Meta hesabına ait bilgiler Meta tarafından işlenir ve geliştiriciyle paylaşılmaz. Sıralamalarda yer alabilmen için gözlükte rastgele bir cihaz anahtarı oluşturulur ve sunucumuzda bu anahtardan türetilen bir oyuncu kimliği, oyuncu adın, ülken, en iyi skorların, macera yıldız sayın ve skorunu doğrulamak için oyundaki hamleler saklanır (Google Firebase, Avrupa Birliği). Telefonundaki hesabı gözlüğe bağlarsan iki cihaz aynı hesabı kullanır. Gözlükte el takibi kullanılırsa el hareketleri yalnızca cihazda, oyunu oynatmak için işlenir; kaydedilmez ve gönderilmez. Hesabını ve bu verileri oyunda Ayarlar > Hesabımı sil ile ya da bu sayfadaki yöntemle silebilirsin.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy covers the game Blastverse: Block Nova (the "App"), published on Google Play and on the Meta Horizon Store (Meta Quest) by UrEy (the developer).

Data collected: There is no account, sign-in or personal information to enter. The developer does not collect personal information such as your name or email.

Data stored on your device: Your game progress (scores, unlocked levels, medals and settings) is stored on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes this data (except the cloud save described below if you signed in with Google Play Games).

Game usage statistics: To improve the game, balance its difficulty and ad frequency and find bugs, the App sends in-game usage information to our server (Google Firebase, European Union): games played (mode, score, number of moves, duration, result), "continue" offers and ad impressions (including AdMob's estimated ad revenue), menus used, app version, update steps, app errors, device model, language and the country of the phone's region setting. This information is linked to a random identifier created for the installation; your name, email, advertising ID or location are not added to these records, and they are not sold or shared. Raw records are deleted after 90 days; only daily totals (e.g. the number of games played in a day) are kept longer.

Advertising: The App shows ads through Google AdMob (a banner at the bottom, an optional rewarded "continue" ad and occasional full-screen ads). AdMob may collect and process information such as the advertising ID, approximate location derived from the IP address, device information, ad interactions and crash/performance data for showing and measuring ads, analytics and fraud prevention. Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent to personalised ads and can change their choice at any time in Settings > Privacy options. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. How Google uses data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Children: The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. It does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Google Play Games sign-in and leaderboards (optional): Signing in is not required. If you sign in, your Google Play Games player id and player name, your country (from the phone's region setting), your province if you choose one, your best scores, your adventure star total, the model of the device you play on and the app version, a backup of your game progress (cloud save) and the moves of a game (to verify its score) are stored on our server (Google Firebase, European Union). They are used only to show the leaderboards and to prevent cheating; your player name, country, province and score are visible to other players on the leaderboards. You can delete your account and all of this data at any time in the game with Settings > Delete my account, or as described on this page.

Meta Quest version: The Meta Quest version shows no ads and does not use Google Play Games. To verify your purchase, the App performs an entitlement check with Meta through the Meta Platform SDK; your Meta account information involved in this check is processed by Meta and is not shared with the developer. So that you can appear on the leaderboards, a random device key is created on the headset, and our server (Google Firebase, European Union) stores a player id derived from it, your player name, your country, your best scores, your adventure star total and the moves of a game (to verify its score). If you link your phone account to the headset, both devices use the same account. If you use hand tracking, hand movements are processed only on the device to play the game; they are neither stored nor sent. You can delete your account and this data in the game with Settings > Delete my account, or as described on this page.

Changes: If this policy changes, the current version will be published on this page.
